Go 13.0 Release Summary for Android and iOS
ServiceMax Go for Android and iOS 13.0 introduces Team Calendar support on phone form factors, allowing technicians to view color-coded schedules for up to five team members directly in the Day view. Technicians can now pull the View SFM Overview tab to get updates on both header and detail records configured in the View SFM. Work Plans now expose filters for consumable, stockable, and serialized parts, letting users perform serialized swaps without leaving the screen. Technicians can now record technical attributes on the Service Product directly from a task inside the Work Order record. The app calculates pricing for parts and labor by applying Code011 logic against the service product’s entitlement history. Background AI actions run asynchronously, so the app does not block the UI while waiting for a response. Additionally, user preferences now persist in the SVMXC_SM_User_Preferences_c table rather than the local cache, preventing data loss during device resets. Administrators can also track adoption through a new dashboard in the Mobile Console that visualizes Reset App activity by the Go app users.
Go 13.0 Release Summary for Windows
ServiceMax Go for Windows 13.0 update aligns pricing calculations with the entitlement-based logic found in the mobile builds. The app uses the updated Code011 snippet to derive costs for labor, travel, and parts based on the service product and work plan entitlements. The intrusive offline toast notifications are replaced with persistent banners on key screens to indicate network status changes. Sync conflict screens display updated verbiage to help users resolve data errors more efficiently. The app now respects the exact SFM Wizard sequence configured in the SFM Lightning Wizard. User preferences migrate automatically to the Salesforce database to persist across app reinstalls. Administrators can also track adoption through a new dashboard in the Mobile Console that visualizes Reset App activity by the Go app users.
