Scheduled Task
Scheduled Tasks let you view tasks scheduled for them directly in the Go calendar. When planners schedule tasks in Service Board and associate them with events, those tasks appear in the Go app alongside Work Order and non-Work Order events.
Only tasks assigned to the signed-in technician are displayed. From the calendar, you can open a scheduled task to view task details and navigate to the related Work Order and Work Plan, giving them clear visibility into their daily or weekly schedule.

The administrator ensures that scheduled tasks are configured to display correctly in the Go app calendar. They work with planners and dispatchers to confirm tasks are assigned to technicians, linked to calendar events, and available across supported devices. For more information, see
