Viewing a Scheduled Task Details from the Calendar
You can open a scheduled task from the calendar to review task information and navigate to the related Work Order.

Prerequisites

• You run ServiceMax Go 13.1.0 or later on your phone.
• You run a data sync so the device has the current work orders and tasks.

To view task details directly from the calendar:
1. Open the Go app and tap Calendar.
2. Review the event card for the following details.
◦ Task title
◦ Description information, such as the Service Product or Installed Base (if available), and the related Work Order number
3. Tap the Scheduled Task on the calendar.
The Task Details screen is displayed.
4. Review task instructions and related Work Order information.
