Installed Base
Installed Base is a feature embedded within ServiceMax Go App and is available on both Phones and Tablets. It enables ServiceMax users to manage all aspects of their Installed Product data, and helps maintain the installed base information accuracy. It can be used by different types of users who need to manage, consume, or stay up to date on changes to their customer’s organization’s Installed Base. These users can be Contract Administrators, Field Technicians, Product Engineers, and so on.

The installed Base feature is also available in offline mode, provided data is locally available on the device.
