IB Server-side Configurations

Installed Base server-side configurations involve the following steps:

• Launching the Installed Base App Setup Page

• Configuring Layout

• Service Flow Wizard Display

• How to Associate Layouts

• Enabling Attachments

• Enabling Technical Attributes

• Configuring Technical Attributes

The following are the functionalities not supported by ServiceMax Go:

• Configuration of Filters and Search on the Installed Base App Setup page is not respected.

• Configuration of Data Download on the Installed Base App Setup - Layouts page is not respected.

• Configuration of type, size, and tag on the Installed Base App Setup - Attachments page is not respected. Only enabling Attachments on the Installed Base App Setup - Attachments page is respected.

• Assigning Mandatory fields in the template is not respected.

• Configuring the minimum and maximum value range in the template is not respected.

• If in the IB setup page, a custom SFM with related objects is configured for the Installed Product and location, only the header is displayed. The related objects are not displayed in the IB app.
