When the Installed Base (IB) feature is enabled on the server, a Reset App must be performed in the app for the first time to download Installed Base related configurations and meta-data.

As part of Downloaded-on-Demand (DOD), Actual Record, Technical Attribute, and Attachment metadata are downloaded. By default, a maximum of 50 Technical Attribute history entries are downloaded. For Tablets, the target node and its related records such as Technical Attributes and Attachments are automatically downloaded. Location and IB records can be DoD by tapping the target node on the IB tree on the Phone.

Downloading of Attachments and Salesforce Files based on type and size is respected through the ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Configuration page.
