Depot Management Rules
Depot Management rules enables you to define qualification criteria and field mappings to automatically assign Depot Repair Work Orders or Service Products as queue items for a respective Depot location. After you create a Depot Repair Work Order and associate with the Depot Location and Work Plan, you can further configure rules to create only specific queue items for a specific Depot location. Based on the qualification criteria, the queue items get created and mapping will be applied to them.
This enables you to efficiently manage bulk queue items that come to the Depot Queue by automatically assigning them to the appropriate Depot location without any manual intervention.
You can assign multiple Depot locations to a rule, but cannot assign the same Depot location to more than one rule.
