SLA and Skill violation metrics for Schedule Optimization refer to the summary of exceptions recorded by the Schedule Optimization engine, for the schedules which do not meet the SLA and/or expertise requirements of work orders. SLA violations can further be measured by the nature of violation, per Schedule Optimization job.
