Drive Time
After you deploy Reports & Dashboard bundle in your org, you will see following two reports for technician utilization metrics in Scheduling Effectiveness dashboard under SPM Dashboard folder:
• SPM Scheduling Tech Utilization: This report provides the average technician utilization for an Schedule Optimization job per dispatch process.
• SPM Scheduling Summary Report: This report provides the average technician utilization for an Schedule Optimization job for a specific date.
Drive Time metric for Schedule Optimization refers to the average technician drive time for a batch Schedule Optimization job. This can be measured for both individual technicians for a particular job and overall drive time for a territory.
The following sections describe how these metrics are generated, when you configure Schedule Optimization Metrics and click the Report Latest Job or Report Selected Job(s) button in the Execution tab of the configuration screen.
