This section covers the reporting and dashboard capability of the ServiceMax product. The following modules are available:
Service Performance Metrics: The Service Performance Metrics (SPM) module helps you to monitor the key performance indicators in your field service organization.
Schedule Optimization Metrics: The Schedule Optimization Metrics (SOM) module helps you to monitor the key performance indicators for Schedule Optimization jobs.
Reports and Dashboards: ServiceMax provides various type of reports and dashboards that helps you to monitor various usage parameters.
Service Analytics for Core: ServiceMax provides a series of analytical dashboards as an additional offering for service leaders and businesses to gain insights into organizational performance.

Service Analytics for ServiceMax Core is an add-on offering. To get access to the Service Analytics package, reach out to the ServiceMax Product team by creating a support case, or reach out to your account managers. Follow the documentation for prerequisites before the installation process.
