• Separation of metrics data from transaction data, enabling custom archiving options, without impacting business processes.
• Recording of granular-level metrics data, providing the scope for consolidation and reporting using Salesforce analytics.
The following key design aspects are listed as:
• Five pre-configured metrics to measure Schedule Optimization job efficacy.
• Option to generate metrics for the latest job or for one / more selected jobs.
• Option to dynamically manage the metric data volume through Purge feature.
