Transaction Related Lists
The Transaction Related Lists are used to manage outdated layouts, lookups, and formulas that are not used in any SFM Transactions so that you can make an informed decision before deleting them.
The Transaction Related Lists display the following list views:
To navigate to the Transaction Related List View, go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > Transaction Related Lists. The Transaction Related List view displays all the transaction layouts in the org instance by default.
The following screen displays the Transaction Related List View.
You can perform the following actions on the list view.
Actions
Description
Default View picklist
Use the Default View picklist to choose either layout, lookup configurations, or formula list view. The Layout list view is the default view.
Search
Search for a specific layout, lookup configuration, or formula by typing a minimum of three characters in the search bar to view the results.
Where Used
Click the "i" (Where Used) icon to identify the transactions where the specific configuration is used so you can make an informed decision before deleting the configuration.
Delete
Select the Delete option available for each row to delete the specific configuration.

Standard configurations listed with a lock icon cannot be deleted.
Delete All
Select multiple checkboxes, and then click the Delete All button to delete all the configurations at a time.

You cannot select standard configurations and custom configurations if it is already associated with the transactions.
Sort
Apply sorting for the columns to display the list in ascending or descending order. By default, the list is displayed in ascending order (A-Z). Click the arrow available for each column to display the list in descending order (Z-A).
