Lookup Configurations List View
The lookup configurations list view displays all the lookups configured in the org.
To access the lookup configurations list view page:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > Transaction Related Lists. The Transaction Related list view page is displayed.
2. From the picklist, select Lookup Configurations. All the lookup configurations are displayed.

The following table explains the Lookups columns displayed in the SFM Transactions:
Field
Description
Name
This column displays the name of the lookup used in an SFM transaction.
Object
This column displays the name of the object on which the lookup is configured.
Where Used
This column allows you to identify all the SFM transactions where the specific lookup configuration is used by clicking the "i" (Where Used) icon so you can make an informed decision before deleting the configuration.
Last Edited Date
This column displays the date when the lookup configuration was last edited.
Last Edited by
This column displays the user details who last edited the lookup configuration.
The following table explains the actions that can be performed on the Lookup Configurations list view.
Actions
Description
Delete
Use the Delete option from the action menu at the end of each record to delete specific lookup configurations.
Delete All
Use the Delete All to delete multiple lookup configurations at once. To delete multiple lookup configurations, select multiple checkboxes on the left-hand side of the list view page and click Delete All.
Open
You can view, and edit lookup configuration from the editor screen by selecting the Open option from the dropdown menu at the end of each record. Using this option you can view, edit, and save a Lookup configuration in a new window.
* 
For the standard lookup configurations, the checkbox is disabled, and the lookup configurations cannot be deleted.
