Transaction Layouts List View
The Transaction Layouts list view displays all the layouts used in various SFM Transactions. In this list view, you can view the existing Transaction Layouts and choose to delete the layouts that are not required anymore.
To access the Transaction Layouts list view, navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Service Flow Manager > Transaction Related Lists.
The Transaction Layouts list view is displayed by default, as shown in the following screenshot.
The following table describes the layout columns displayed in the Transaction Layout List View:
Field
Description
Name
This column displays the name of the layout.
Target Object
This column displays the name of the target object of a layout.
Where Used
This column helps you to identify all the SFM transactions where the specific layout is used by clicking the i icon so you can make an informed decision before delete any e configuration.
Last Edited Date
This column displays the date when the layout was last edited.
Last Edited by
This column displays the user details who last edited the layout.
You can perform the following actions in the Transaction Layouts list view:
Delete a layout: Using this option, you can delete a single layout from the list. To delete a single layout, select the Delete option available for each row.
Delete All: Using this option, you can delete multiple layouts at one time. To delete multiple layouts, select multiple checkboxes and click Delete All at the top of the list view page. You cannot delete layouts used in any transaction in this way. You must use the Delete option available for each row to delete such layouts individually.

The Delete All button is disabled for standard transaction layouts and layouts that are reused in SFM transactions.
