Editing SFM Wizards
You can edit all the attributes of custom SFM wizards, after selecting a wizard (check the Select check box) in the SFM Wizard Designer home page, and clicking Edit.
You can edit only the following attributes of standard SFM wizards, after selecting a wizard and clicking View:
1. General Information tab: Active? checkbox.
2. Manage Permissions tab: ServiceMax profiles that have permission to use the wizard.
After making the required edits using the same steps as used during the creation of SFM wizards, click Quick Save or Save & Close.

If you need to remove access to a standard SFM wizard for all users, you can uncheck the Active? check box and save the wizard.
