SFM App Permissions definition is stored in ServiceMax Configuration objects listed in the next section. Records of these objects must be accessed only through ServiceMax configuration screens and not directly. For SFM App Permissions to be processed successfully, appropriate permission is required not just at the object level, but also to each field in those objects.
