Managing Multiple Assignments Validations
The following validations are performed on Manage Multiple Assignments window:
1. When the LJS feature is enabled in the org and the work order has the Scheduling Options field value as JDM and LJS Enabled, the Manage Multiple Assignments window displays the following validation message.
2. If the Enable Scheduling option is not selected for a technician or the technician is associated with inactive Salesforce user, the Manage Multiple Assignments window displays following validation message.
