Linked SFM Used by Technician
A technician servicing multiple products at a work order location does the following:
1. Invokes the Add/Edit Products Serviced SFM from the work order.
2. Adds a Products Serviced record.
3. Invokes the linked SFM process Add/Modify Work Details for the new Product Serviced record.
a. Adds the T&M details for the Product Serviced record in the linked SFM screen.
b. Saves the T&M details in the linked SFM screen. This returns the technician back to the primary SFM screen.
4. Repeats steps 2 and 3 above for each product serviced using the same work order.
