Several operational and management reports are preloaded in ServiceMax. The reports have been organized into nine folders: ServiceMax Finance Reports, ServiceMax Parts & Inventory Reports, ServiceMax Product Quality Reports, ServiceMax Productivity Reports, ServiceMax Warranty/Svc Contract Reports, ServiceMax Work Order Mgmt Reports, ServiceMax Mobile for iPad, ServiceMax Mobile for iPhone, and ServiceMax Mobile for Android. The ServiceMax Dashboards folder contains 10 dashboards, which include many of these reports.

These reports and dashboards are fully customizable. In addition, you can create your own custom reports using the ServiceMax object model and custom report types.
