SPM Reports and Dashboards
Service Performance Metrics (SPM) refer to key performance indicators in a field service organization. These need to be regularly monitored to evaluate the organization’s service delivery, measure the effectiveness of service operations, and identify areas of improvement to boost productivity and profitability.
A bundle of reports and dashboards covering all the supported metrics is available out of the box. It is not installed by default, and can be deployed in your org separately. To get this bundle, contact your ServiceMax Account Executive. You can then edit / clone these reports and dashboards, to suit your business requirements.
After you deploy this bundle in your org, you will see the View Dashboard link in the SPM configuration screen for each metric. Clicking this opens the dashboard for the associated metric, in a new browser tab.
