Cloning a Group-Wide Profile
You can clone an existing Group-wide profile. When you clone a Group-wide profile, it is saved with profile status active.
To clone a group-wide profile:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles . The Configuration Profiles list view page is displayed.
2. From the drop-down menu available for each configuration profile, click Clone. The Group Profile page is displayed with the Profile Name as Copy of <profile name>.
3. Enter Description if required.
4. Click Add Users to add Salesforce Users to the clone group profile and click Apply.
5. Click Save.
