Creating a Group-Wide Profile
A group profile holds configuration values of settings of the type Group only. The groups of users to which a group profile applies is identified by the set of Salesforce profiles or Salesforce users associated with the group profile.
To create an group profile:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles . The Group Profiles list view page is displayed.
2. Click the New Group Profile drop-down menu option.
3. Select any one Group Profile Assginment mode:
