Cloning an Org-Wide Profile
You can clone an existing Org-wide profile. When you clone an Org-wide profile, it is saved with profile status inactive, as there can be only one active Org-wide Profile in an org.
To clone an org-wide profile:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles . The Configuration Profiles list view page is displayed.
2. From the drop-down menu available for each configuration profile, click Clone. The Org Profile page is displayed with the Profile Name as Copy of <profile name>.
3. Enter Description if required.
4. Click Save.
