Accessing the Wizards

Install and Configure ServiceMax > ServiceMax Core Configuration > Service Flow Manager > Service Flow Manager for Administrators > SFM Wizard Designer > Lightning Wizard Designer > Accessing the Wizards

You can access the Lightning Wizard Designer page from ServiceMax Setup Service Flow Manager Wizards.

The list view displays all the objects for which wizards are configured, along with the active and inactive counts. The following screen displays the Lightning Wizard Designer list.

The Lightning Wizard Designer List View details are described in the following table.

Fields	Description
Object Name	The name of the object for which the SFM Wizard is created. Click the name to view the list of wizards configured on that object.
Active Wizards	The number of active Wizards for an object.
Inactive Wizards	The number of inactive Wizards for an object.
Last Modified Date	The DateTime when the Wizards were last modified for an object.
Last Modified By	The user who last modified the Wizards for an object.

Actions on the Wizard List View

You can perform the following actions on the Wizard List View as detailed in the table.

Description

Enter keywords to search for specific objects.

Add Object

Click the Add Object button to add SFM wizards for an object. For more information, see Adding Wizards for an Object.

Switch to Classic Wizard Experience

Click this link to switch to the classic VF-based Wizard experience.

• This option will be removed in the 25.1 server release. ServiceMax recommends that you start getting familiarized with the Lightning Wizard Designer experience.

• ServiceMax recommends that you either perform all actions on Wizard and Wizard Steps in the Classic experience or Lightning experience. Do not switch the experience while setting up the SFM Wizards.
