You can view and manage the IB attributes value from the IB record page or any other record page with an IB reference. Technical Attributes are the special IB attributes that offer details regarding working and ambient conditions, hardware and software configuration, quality, performance, and their impact on the IB. These attributes can be common and very specific to Installed Product.

You can access the technical attributes for an IB from the Custom Action configured as a wizard step or from the Lightning widget added on the lightning record page.
