Managing Service Tasks
As a service engineer, you can view and manage all service tasks from Service Tasks tab. This view provides visibility into all the service tasks assigned to you, your teams, and all tasks in the org.

Options to add task, delete task, manage tools, and add linked activity are displayed based on your user assignment.

To view service tasks, click the Service Tasks tab. The Service Task split view is displayed.
You can perform the following actions on this page:
• Create service tasks.
• View the service task queues.
• Search for service tasks.
• Update or complete service tasks.
• Delete service tasks.
