ThingWorx
ThingWorx is a rapid, model-based application development platform. By employing modeling instead of coding, the content developer is able to focus on agility and application composition rather than debugging, maintaining, and updating code. The model artifacts become a set of reusable building blocks to assemble new applications.

To access the ThingWorx actions, you need to add a connection.
Adding a Connection
ThingWorx connection is required for each ThingWorx connector action.
Select one of the following authentication types:
ThingWorx App Key
ThingWorx Basic
ThingWorx App Key Connection
To add a new app key connection, do the following:
1. Click Add New, and then enter the following details:
Connection Label—Autopopulated. You can provide a connection label of your choice.
ThingWorx URL—Provide the ThingWorx url. For example https://thingworxdemo.thingworx.io/#/
ThingWorx App key—Enter the ThingWorx App key.
Application keys are security tokens encrypted on disk that can be used to log on to the ThingWorx application instead of using standard credentials. For information on creating app keys, refer to the topic “Application Keys” in the ThingWorx Help Center.
ThingWorx Basic Connection
To add a new basic connection, do the following:
1. Click Add New, and then enter the following details:
Connection Label—Autopopulated. You can provide a connection label of your choice.
ThingWorx URL—Provide the ThingWorx url. For example: https://thingworxdemo.thingworx.io/#/
User Id—Provide the user id.
Password—Provide a password.
2. Click ADD.
