Diagram Module Common How-Tos
Diagram modules are similar in many ways. This section describes how to perform tasks that are common to several diagram modules.

In the following topics, the term object is used generically to refer to gates and events in fault trees, states in Markov diagrams, and blocks in RBDs. Likewise, the term connector is used generically to refer to transitions in Markov diagrams and connectors in RBDs.
Within a Markov diagram or an RBD, you can select multiple objects and then delete, cut, copy, or move them all at once. This is done in the same manner as it is for objects in a Report Design file. For more information, see Report Object How-Tos.
When you copy an object in the FTA, Markov, or RBD modules, an image of the object is placed in the Windows Clipboard. You can then paste this image into other applications, such as Microsoft Word and Paint.
