Viewing and Modifying Calculation Properties for a Diagram Object
When a fault tree, Markov diagram, or RBD is active, you can view the calculation properties for an object in the Properties window. You must specify calculation properties for all independent objects, which are those not linked to other items in the System file. For more information, see Data Links.
1. To view the calculation properties for the object, do one of the following:
Double-click the object.
Right-click the object and select Calculation Properties or Properties. Because calculation properties are the only type of properties that you can specify for a fault tree gate or event within the System file, the word Calculation does not appear in the command for these object types.
The pages shown in the Properties window depend on the object type.
2. Complete all pages. For more information, see:
3. When finished, click OK.
If the object has visual properties that can be modified directly in the System file, you can also view and modify these properties. For more information, see Viewing and Modifying Visual Properties for a Diagram Object.
