Add to Project | Add the CAPA request to a project. This action is available if Windchill ProjectLink is installed. For more information, see Adding PDM Objects to a Project. |
New CAPA Request | Create a new CAPA request. For more information, see Creating a New CAPA Request or Creating a New CAPA Request from a Nonconformance, Complaint, or Existing CAPA. |
Edit Access Control | View the current permissions on the CAPA for any user, group, or organization that you can access. If you have the required permissions, you can change the current ad hoc access control permissions that are in place for the object. For more information, see Access Table. |
Subscribe | Request notice of events that impact the CAPA. For more information, see Creating a Subscription. |

Timeline | Allows you to view the entire CAPA process through its workflow states. • If you have the required permissions to view the audit trail for the CAPA, click the audit trail journal icon . CAPA Management | Stores related tasks, related personnel and locations, associated objects, actions, and other items associated with a CAPA in a table format. If you have the required permissions, you can do the following: • Update the Actions, Associated Process Objects and Associated Reference Objects tables by clicking the edit details icon . • Update the Related Tasks table by right-clicking an object and selecting an action from the menu. | ||
