Hotline Link Configuration
You can configure SFM Custom Actions that users can click in ServiceMax Go and FSA to quickly and easily create Conversations with Zinc Hotline Groups.
To configure Hotline links, you first add two custom fields to each object for which you want to configure links. Then, you create an SFM Custom Action that references the newly created fields, after which you configure the SFM Wizard to support the new custom action. After your users run configuration sync on their mobile devices, the new action appears in their SFM Actions menus.
