Finding Hotline Addresses
When you configure SFM Custom Actions for Hotline links, the participants parameter value is the email address for the target Hotline. You can find this information in the Administrative Console.
To find Hotline addresses:
• In the Admin Console, on the Hotlines tab, click the target Hotline, and then on the detail page, in the Bot Address row, copy the email address for the Hotline.
