Assigning Roles to Users
After you create roles, you assign them to users.
To assign roles to users:
1. Launch Max Admin, and then on the User Management () launchpad menu, click Roles.
2. In the Roles list, click the role you want to assign to a user, and then on the record page, on the Users tab, on the Role Users list, click Link().
3. In the Link Related Users list, select the users to whom you want to assign this role, and then in the top left corner, click Link Selected Records ().
