Working With Holiday Calendars
Service Board includes several predefined holiday calendars for major countries. You can modify these or create new holiday calendars to fit your organization’s schedule. Holidays defined within holiday calendars supersede shifts within shift plans that fall on holidays.

Only holiday calendars defined at the system and user level supersede shifts that fall on holidays. When shift plans are defined at the Resource level, holidays that coincide with shifts in shift plans are ignored.
