Viewing Salesforce Work Orders
To get more information about a specific Job or modify any of its field values that are read-only in Service Board, you can view its associated Salesforce Work Order.
To view Salesforce Work Orders:
• In the Scheduler tab, on the Job List, select a Job, and then on the associated Job Card, on the Job Action menu (
), click Open Related Work Order.
