Viewing Salesforce Work Orders
To get more information about a specific Job or modify any of its field values that are read-only in Service Board, you can view its associated Salesforce Work Order.
To view Salesforce Work Orders:
• On the Scheduler Job List, click a Job Card, and then click > .
