Scheduler Resource List
The Scheduler Resource List appears on the left side of the Calendar, and shows all currently active Resources and Crews that you manage, based on the currently selected list view. Entries are grouped by Service Teams or Territories in alphabetical order. You can expand and collapse Service Team groups to show or hide their Resources. Each Resource Card has a context menu with options to view Resource information on Service Board or Salesforce and to create shift exceptions.

Your Service Board administrator can configure the order in which Service Teams appear in Resource Lists.

You can use the Resource List View selector at the center top of the Scheduler Calendar to switch between views, and to create your own personalized views.
