Enabling Optimization Policy Selection
When users generate Appointment Proposals, the active default Optimization Setting record is used. In cases where dispatchers manage multiple regions that require unique default optimization settings, you can enable policy selection in the Confirm Scheduling dialog box when users invoke the Propose Times option.
To enable optimization policy selection:
1. In Max Designer, click Administration () > Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Appointment Proposals Policies Selection.
2. On the record page, select the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
