Activating or Deactivating Crews
Crews must be activated before you can assign Crew Resources and schedule Crew Appointments. By default, Crews are activated at creation. You cannot remove Crews, but you can deactivate them and reactivate them at any time. After you create Crews, you can deactivate but not remove them. When you reactivate Crews, their assigned Crew Resources are retained.
To activate or deactivate Crews:
1. In the
Crew Manager tab, in the
Crew Calendar, select a
Crew, and then on the context menu (
), click
Deactivate Crew or
Activate Crew.
2. In the confirmation box, click Deactivate or Activate.
