Modifying Crew Resources
You can modify Crew Resources to change Crew Leader assignments and start and end dates. You cannot modify Crew Resources with start and end dates that are in the past.
To modify Crew Resources:
1. Click Crew Manager Tab > Crew Calendar and click a Crew Resource block, and then in the context menu, click Edit Crew Resource.
2. In the Edit Crew Resource dialog box, update field values as follows, and then click Save.

Crew Leader check box
Selected by default if the Crew Resource was added to the Crew first. Clear to unassign this Crew Resource as the Crew Leader, or select to assign.
Resource
Read-only and auto-populated.
Crew
Start Date
Set to the same day as End Date by default. You can edit this value to extend Crew Appointments across multiple days.
End Date
Set to the same day as Start Date by default. You can edit this value to extend Crew Appointments across multiple days.
Modifying Crew Resources in Classic Mode
