The ServiceMax Go app now supports the following new additional languages:
Polish
Slovak
Czech
Indonesian
Field technicians in these locales can set the app language and use the app easily.

Timesheet Refresh On-demand
The new Refresh feature within the Go application marks a significant advancement in operational efficiency and productivity for field technicians. Previously, when technicians completed work order tasks, their data entries were processed through the Timesheet engine, a system that only updated periodically, causing delays in timesheet finalization. Because technicians were compelled to wait past the end of their work week to close their timesheets, sometimes necessitating the additional step of accessing a browser to refresh their timesheets.
The introduction of the Refresh button now empowers technicians to instantly refresh their timesheets updated directly from the Go app, without needing for server-side Timesheet engine processing to be completed. This innovation, developed on the Core 23.2 package, eliminates unnecessary delays, fostering a more dynamic and responsive work environment. By enabling on-demand timesheet updates, field technicians can swiftly conclude their administrative tasks, dedicating more time to essential fieldwork. This enhancement accelerates the timesheet management process.
