ServiceMax Go for iOS and ServiceMax Go for Android are field-ready apps that are designed with field technicians and engineers in mind. It empowers field workers to manage work schedules and complete complex work orders and provides a modern user interface that can be used on iOS and Android phones and tablets. The app is configured using ServiceMax Service Flow Manager. The sync logic resides on the Sync Gateway.
The key features of ServiceMax Go app are:
Single sign-on (SSO) and OAuth 2.0 to ensure seamless, secure access.
ecure Account Access with another layer of security using Multi-Factor Authentication. Core synchronization logic resides on the Sync Gateway, which supports all the data synchronization and data purging options.
