Product Catalog Part Information
The following information is displayed when viewing the parts in the Product Catalog.
Field Name
Description
Product Name
Displays the name of the product.
Product Code
Displays the product code.
Copy to Clipboard Button
Enables you to copy the product code and paste it on another screen.
When you tap this button, a confirmation banner is displayed stating that the product code is copied to the clipboard.
Stock Quantity and Stock Status
Displays the stock information for the Technician Inventory Location, the stock status, and the total number of items in the stock.
If the inventory is owned by the technician viewing the part, the number of parts is displayed in a blue banner. You can tap the banner to view the stock.
If the inventory is not owned by the technician viewing the part, the blue banner with the number of parts is not displayed.
Product Family
Displays the product family.
Product Line
Displays the product line.
Find More
Displays the location information if the part is not a Technician Van Stock, location name, and location address.
Tap Find More to launch the map and get directions. For more information, see Viewing Part Location Information on Map.

The technician's inventory location and the radius are configured by the administrator. This cannot be edited.
Product Description
Displays the product description. You can tap More to view the full description, if available.
Photos and Videos
Displays photos and videos of the inventory. The following information about the photos and videos is displayed.

Tap the attachment to download and view the content.
Documents
Displays the documents of the inventory. The following information about the documents is displayed.
