SMS Notifications
You can send an SMS to the Customer's or the Service Manager's phone number to keep them informed about the technician's arrival, departure, or when a Work Order is updated. To do this, the SMS Action Service is added to the SFA Configuration - Action Service tab. You can also configure multiple phone numbers to send an SMS notification for either Salesforce or Geofence events.
