Creating Custom Settings for ServiceMax Go
Some of the configuration changes for the app are driven through Custom Settings on the server. The same process is followed in creating each of the custom settings.

All custom settings supported on the latest version of the ServiceMax Go app are not dependent on the ServiceMax Managed Package version if not specified.
To create a custom setting:
1. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Settings.
2. Select the Module and Submodule as explained for each setting in the following table.
3. Go to Home > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.
4. Select the Group Profile based on the defined scope of the setting.
5. Enter the values for each setting as explained in the respective topics. For more information, see the topic links provided in the following table.

The custom settings must be applied to an existing org and are not part of the managed package.
