Week View
Android and iOS
The Week View shows all the events scheduled for the technician for a particular week. By default, it shows the events in the week of the date selected in Day View.
You can set the start day of the week to either Sunday or Monday. For more information, see Calendar.
The following actions can be performed on the Week View:
Swipe left or right to view events for the next or previous weeks.
Tap the month picker to choose a date and see events for that week in the week view.
Drag and drop events in the Week View to another date and time within the Week View.
Tap on the events to view the appointment details card on the Week View itself.
Tap the Work Order number on the appointment details to view the Work Order record.
View the Work Order record in full view.
The days that are outside the sync event window are highlighted in grey if configured by your administrator. The events in the extended event window are displayed with dots.
In the extended event window, all the records related to the event are downloaded if you are connected to the internet. If you are not connected to the internet, the view SFM screen for the specific record is displayed.
Windows
The Week View shows all the events scheduled for the technician in a particular week. Launch the Week View using the View selector icon from the top right corner of the Calendar screen.
You can perform the following actions on the Week View screen:
Click the forward and backward arrow to view events for the next or previous weeks. You can also Swipe left or right to go to the next or previous weeks.
Use the month picker to choose a date and see events for the selected week in the week view. For information about date picker, see DateTime Field.
Click on the events to view the Appointment Details directly on the Week View screen.
Click the Work Order number on the appointment details to redirect to the Work Order record view screen.
Calendar Behavior
Following is the list of calendar behaviors in the Week View:
By default, Week View displays events in the week of the date selected in Day View.
Sunday is the first day of the week on the calendar.
If the allocated travel time is defined by the dispatcher to the work location for the appointment or for a non-work order event, then the same is displayed on the calendar with the travel time in minutes.

Travel time is not displayed for the all-day events.
All-day events are displayed outside the time grid.
The current date is indicated with a blue bar on the top of the date.
Work order events are color-coded based on the custom settings or the priority of the work order.
Overlapping or Concurrent events are displayed next to each other.
