Enabling and Configuring Create Event Process
You can enable the Create Event SFM process to configure page layout for Event or ServiceMax Event object. This configuration enables the Go app users to use a configured layout when they tap the Create Event button on the Calendar screen.
Perform the following steps to enable the Create Event process.
1. Log in to the org with your valid credentials.
2. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile > Mobile Console. The Mobile Console screen is displayed.
3. Click Group Settings Manager, then click Manage Configurations from the dropdown menu of a user profile.
4. Navigate to Calendar > Event.
5. Click the Create Events tab.
6. For the Enable Create SFM Process field, select the process from the drop-down values.

• The processes listed are based on the value selected in the Org-wide setting GBL025 (Module - Common, Submodule - Global Settings). For more information on the global settings, refer to Common Global Settings.
• By default, None is selected.
• Copy Configuration for this setting is supported.
• If None is selected, the default hard-coded layout is displayed when the Create Event button is tapped in the Go app.
• You can remove the Create access for the user profile on the ServiceMax Event object to disable the technician from creating an event.
