Creating an Event
As a technician, you can create an event for the Event or ServiceMax Event objects based on the configurations in the Mobile Console.
1. Log in to the Go app with your valid credentials.
The Calendar screen is displayed by default.
2. Tap the New Event button on the screen on Android and iOS devices. On Windows devices, click New Event.
Based on the page layout selected in the Mobile Console, the Create Event screen is displayed.
3. Provide the event details in the form, such as subject, event start time and end time, and a description.
4. Select Save.
The event is created and displayed on your calendar on the selected date and time.
