AI action capabilities in Go App:
Real-Time AI Assistance in the Field: Execute AI-powered workflows on work orders and service records, including generating summaries, insights, diagnostics, and parts recommendations.
Multi-Agent Coordination: Coordinate multiple ServiceMax AI agents in a single workflow to retrieve documentation, check inventory, and create cases or work orders.
Context-Aware Execution: AI outputs are scoped to the specific record being viewed, such as Work Orders, Cases, Installed Products, and Locations.
Asynchronous Background Processing: Launch AI Actions and continue working in the app while results are processed in the background, with notifications when ready.
Integrated Follow-Up Chat: Ask follow-up questions about AI-generated results directly in the Go App for Android and iOS without restarting the process.
Administrative Control and Customization: Administrators can define, configure, test, and deploy AI Actions using the AI Console, including agent assignments and SFM transaction integration.
