Viewing Work Order Summary
When you are logged in for the first time and you tap the work order event in Calendar - Day View/ Week View, the first matching view process is displayed in the right pane.

If your administrator has defined an SFM View Process for Contact, you can tap the contact name to view the details using that process.
If you have configured another view process using FSA options, then you need to invoke it from the Actions menu for a work order event. This view process is identified as the recent view process and is remembered until the user does not switch to a different view process.

Recent view process is remembered even if the user logs out of the app and logs in again.
If the record does not meet the qualifying criteria of any of the view processes, that view process is not displayed in the list of view processes in the Actions menu.
