Calendar
The Calendar page is the default page with which the Field Service App opens post Initial Sync/re-launch of the app. You can also launch the Calendar page by tapping the Calendar option from the navigation bar.
The Calendar page shows the events assigned to a technician. A technician can also reschedule events or create new events from this screen. The events can be viewed in any of the following four modes:
• Day View- Shows all the events scheduled for the logged-in technician for a particular day; the default is the current day.
• Week View - Shows all the events scheduled for the logged-in technician for a particular week; the default is the current week.
• Month View - Shows all the events scheduled for the logged-in technician for a particular month; the default being the current month.
• Map View - Shows a route starting from the technician's home location covering all the work orders scheduled for that day in the order of the scheduled time on a map.
| - The Calendar feature does not synchronize with the device's in-built Calendar application. - Recurring events are not supported - This screen uses the time zone set on your device. |
